Robert Bourke, Outside Consultant, consults in the areas of strategy, finance, valuation and securities. He also leads a Mergers & Acquisitions Practice. The firm specializes in analyzing middle market clients on buying and selling companies and raising capital. Prior to joining Chicago Partners, Mr. Bourke spent nearly thirty years with Bank One and predecessor companies. His most recent responsibilities at Bank One was heading the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice nationally. During his thirty year career he also held a variety of management positions in the area of the Bank that handled corporate relationships. He is registered and licensed with the NASD and has passed the Series 7, 63 and 24 qualifying exams. Mr. Bourke holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
