His recent work includes class certification defense in an illegal monopolization case, consulting on a case involving alcohol health and policy effects, and filing an expert report on damages in a business interruption case. He holds a Ph.D. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. He previously was an assistant professor at the University of Utah.
