Pablo Peña, Ph.D., Associate Director, consults in a variety of economic matters including antitrust, labor and discrimination issues. His academic research includes price determination in the higher education industry and other industries in the not-for-profit sector, as well as the relationship between human capital and financial choices. He previously worked on the design and evaluation of tax and development banking policies at Mexico’s Ministry of Finance. He has taught several undergraduate courses in Economics. Dr. Peña earned his M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in Economics at The University of Chicago.
